Dear Customer, we hope you will be satisfied with your MyTechSupport.net subscription MyTechSupport.com provides you with:

Support on any questions you might have regarding online safety. Examples could be, how to keep your device safe. How to stay safe when using social medias and more.

Receipt and order confirmation:
When ordering a subscription at MyTechSupprt.net you will receive a receipt for your subscription (by email). It is important to save this receipt as we do not store your order confirmation in a way that would allow us to give you a copy later. Remember to save the copy!

Agreement and service:
If you are satisfied and have not cancelled your subscription, the membership will then be automatically renewed every 365 days at a charge of $367. This corresponds to a monthly cost of $30.58. The first automatic renewal will be 3 days after you signed up to MyTechSupport.net subscription service. Please note that all subscriptions are automatically renewed until you choose to unsubscribe (see cancellation terms below). You must be 18 years of age or older to subscribe to MyTechSupport.net. Your subscription and your password are personal, which can only be used on one machine and are non-transferable.

According to Australian law, the subscription comes into force 14 days from receipt of the order confirmation, unless you choose to let the subscription to take immediate effect by ordering an account and having account credentials released. In that case, the right of cancellation will lapse for the portion consumed (see the clause below on right of cancellation).

Responsibilities
It is important to emphasize that we will do our utmost to ensure that provide professional support on any question you might have related to your online safety.

We will do our best to respond on any tickets you create within 48 hours. In case we fail we will compensate you by a free extension of your subscription period equivalent to the period during which such errors existed, unless otherwise provided by the general rules of Australian law.

If you choose to start using your subscription, including having login credentials released, before these 14 days have expired, this right of cancellation will lapse pursuant to the Australian Consumer Contracts Act. To make use of your 14-day right of cancellation, you must notify us within the 14-day period by sending us an email at the following email address: support@mytechsupport.net

Unsubscribe
You can always cancel 24/7 before the end of a period and thus avoid renewal. NB! You must log in using your valid user name and password to cancel your subscription. You cancel your subscription under "Cancellation of Subscriptions"

Delivery of welcome gifts
Your / your welcome gifts will be sent 4-6 weeks after your have claimed the gift. To claim the giftlogin toMybitWave.com with your personal login details, which are sent to you after your order. You need to update your profile, so we have your correct shipping address.
